Elliot, once the attending physician to J.D., is his girlfriend. In the series, her friendship and romantic relationship with J.D. is showed. Moreover, she is a WASP Republican who has very low-self esteem.
She is good friends with Carla Espinosa and Chris Turk. In the show, she has had been into many romantic relationships, and becomes Keith Dudemeister, one of her coworker’s fiancée in the sixth season. However in season seven, their relationship was put to an end. By season eight, she goes out again with J.D.
In the season finale of season eight (which is possibly the end of the series), Elliot and J.D. “sneak moves.”; the last scene gives a hint that she and J.D. will tie the knot and finally have a baby together.
