Scrubs is a comedy-drama which revolves around the medical team of the fictional Sacred Heart Hospital. The show was created by Bill Lawrence and produced by BC Studios.

Scrubs

Featuring Zach Braff as Dr. John “J.D.” Dorian, he is the main character of the show. Scrubs revolves around the daydreams of Dr. J.D who works with a team of surgical scrubs. Elliot Reid, played by Sarah Chalke is also an intern in the Sacred Heart Hospital. J.D. and Elliot develop a romantic relationship as the show progress. However, most of the time the two dislike each other. Donald Faison plays the role of Christopher Turk, the chief surgical surgeon and the best friend of J.D. The two have been roommates back in college and are very close with one another.

Scrubs also stars Neil Flynn as the Janitor of the Sacred Heart Hospital; Ken Jenkins as Bob Kelso, the Chief of medicine of the hospital and is cold, heartless and cruel to his staff; John McGinley as Perry Cox, the new Chief of Medicine of Sacred Heart Hospital; Judy Reyes as Carla Espinosa, the head nurse and the mother figure of the interns; Eliza Coupe as Denise Mahoney, also an intern; Kerry Bishe as Lucy Bennett, Michael Mosley as Drew Suffin and Dave Franco as Cole Aaronson, all as medical students of Winston university.
